To ensure fairness, accountability, and quality service between both clients and nurses, the following cost policy is applied:

🔹 For Nurses (Freelance Applicants):

• Registration Deposit: RM50

  • This is a one-time security deposit to join our freelance nurse pool.

  • ✅ Refundable only if:

    • You accept and complete your assigned case(s) professionally.

    • You show up on time and deliver care without valid complaints.

  • ❌ Non-refundable if:

    • You accept a case and later reject or fail to show up.

    • You cancel without reasonable notice or abandon the case.

🔹 For Clients (Nurse Matching Service):

• Placement Fee: RM150

  • RM100 is a non-refundable service charge for nurse matching and administrative coordination.

  • RM50 is a conditional refundable deposit, returned only if:

    • The assigned nurse successfully completes the case (weekly or monthly, based on agreement).

    • No disputes, mistreatment, or early termination initiated by the client.

  • ❌ RM50 is forfeited if:

    • The client cancels after confirmation.

    • The nurse is mistreated (verbally, physically, or emotionally).

    • Payment to the nurse is delayed, incomplete, or unfair.

    • The client tries to bypass the system after matching.

⚠️ Important Notes:

• Our platform is not responsible for the private agreement between the nurse and the client after matching.

• All payments for nursing care are made directly to the nurse.

• We do not entertain bargain seekers or last-minute cancellations.

• This policy is in place to protect both parties and ensure trust, commitment, and professional behavior.
