🧑‍⚕️ Requirements for Nurses & Caregivers:

• Submit a valid Nursing Certificate (for registered nurses)

• Untrained caregivers must attend our caregiving course (available on Payhip)

• Provide your contact number and residential address

If you are looking to work overseas, please apply through agencies like Melorita, as we only assist with local home care recruitment.

📋 Important Terms for Freelance Nurses:

• Arrange your own transport, food, and care tools

• Payments are handled directly between you and the client

• Confidentiality is mandatory — do not share client health or personal information

• Stealing, abuse, or vanishing after payment is strictly prohibited

• Must be capable of:

  • Detecting early signs of medical emergencies

  • Administering first aid or CPR

  • Calling an ambulance and informing the family promptly

⚠️ In the event of legal disputes or negligence claims, the nurse is solely responsible for their own defense.
We only recruit qualified and trustworthy individuals and are not liable for any false claims or misconduct.

🏡 Client Responsibilities:

• Treat all nurses and caregivers with respect and dignity

• Verbal or physical abuse is not tolerated

• Nurses are not to be treated as maids — if lifting or additional help is needed, arrange for a maid or family support

• Payment must be fair and timely

• Do not overwork nurses beyond what is agreed
